weekend in torontown

partying with my good friend kamara.
her birthday saturday,
mine the week prior.
great reason to meet up for a celebration,
the weekend included things such as blue jays game, the hockey hall of fame, select drinking establishments in downtown, and some delicious authentic mexican dining.
so to follow up on my last writing,
meeting up with a friend of mine who lies far away,
and spending some time catching up.
i realize that things dont miss a beat with good friends.
its been nearly a year since kamara and i got to hang out, and things just pick up in the same spot. its great to know that i have friends like that in my life.
it makes me look forward to the future to the times when i will have the opportunity to realize again in my life that i have those people around me.
then come back to regina.
its weird to be excited to get back to a place you dont want to be in.
nic and i had a chat about it, and understood each other so hopefully it makes sense to anyone else who read this,
i love coming back here to my friends and family, and my comfortable laid back life, but im tired of this city.
the traveller in me is itchin again.
