you never slow down youll never grow old.

"tired of screwin up, tired of goin down, tired of myself, tired of this town."

anyone knows where that lyric is from ill take you out for supper on me.
spent a few days working on some stuff for my uncle.
hanging out with him building a garage, drinking beers, swapping stories.
hes one guy i havent spent all that much time with in my younger years,
but lately ive had the chance to learn quite a bit from that guy.
one of my goals in life is to have enough stories that i could write a book.
i am pretty sure i never will actually share any of it beyond a few people.
but i am working on it already.
hes showed me that when theres a opportunity to do something new,
you should take it. jump on it.
and it makes me jealous of some of my other friends, who are getting to do things like that right now. an opportunity arises and some people take advantage, and some people say what if. what if.
what are the consequences of the actions.
whats the worst that could happen.
weigh it against the positives about being able to have those experiences in life.
those stories. the things you can learn from taking those chances, more than any book can teach you.
so create those opportunities, write those stories for your life, and learn how to recognize them when theyre in front of you. im hoping i can learn to do the same.

you are so right.
it pisses me off when people waste their life away being boring and can't even be brave enough to try a new dish at a restaurant let alone go do something cool.
life is for the living i say.
some people think getting married, buying a house, buying a minivan, having 3 kids and a white picket fence is living but i disagree.
come to saskatoon.

If someone didn't know those lyrics, you'd have to hit them. i knew, buy me dinner?

Also, I really like this. And i think I am one of those people that can be afraid to take opportunities. But lately, i'm realizing it's silly to waste life. And you gotta grab it by the balls, so to speak ha. And you should do what you can, when you can. Like you said, there's too much out there.

now, good-day!

Damn it! That Kamara chick is gooooood. I was reading through the comments thinking, "aaahahaha...no one said the song title...I got this."

I'm going to take a little bit of advice from your blog and quit this shit. I can make more money freelancing in this country, and I'll learn a helluva lot more than I am behind this desk. Eff editing. I'm not a kindergarten teacher.

Good luck with the job stuff.
Talk soon.
